Guest Agreement

  • Guest(s) acknowledges and understands that they are a visitor of the Owner and not a tenant: and that they are not acquiring any interest in the property.
  • It is understood that each unit is privately owned including the furnishings.
  • Occupancy and use of premises shall not be such as to disturb neighbors. In case of notification by neighbors or police of a disturbance, Port Properties, LLC (or its agent) may terminate this agreement and request Guest(s) to vacate the premises.
  • Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Guest(s) inspection of the premises is encouraged.
  • ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. FOR REFUND REQUESTS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RESERVATION, A REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE THE DATES HAVE BEEN SECURED BY ANOTHER RESERVATION.
  • Checkout time is no later than 10:00am and checkin time is no earlier than 3:00pm.
  • Guest(s) shall be solely responsible for any property damage, accidental injury to any person or loss sustained by any person, including loss of money, jewelry, and other items of personal property, arising out of or in any way related to Guest(s) use of the premise or the items of personal property provided by Port Properties, LLC or the Owner. Guest(s) shall inspect and be familiar with proper use and application of such items prior to using them. Guest (s) hereby agrees to INDEMNIFY and hold Port Properties, LLC and/or Owner harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Guest(s) use of premises or the items of personal property provided therein. Guest(s) assumes the risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities and will hold Port Properties, LLC and/or Owner harmless with respect there to.
  • Guest(s) shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition. Security Deposits will be returned within 21 days from departure. If unit is not left in suitable condition, Port Properties, LLC reserves the right to charge Guest(s) for any repairs or special cleaning.
  • Premises shall not be occupied by more than the number of people stated on the Property Information Sheet.
  • Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, smoking is not permitted in unit or on premises.
  • Pets are only permitted in specific units which are noted in description and require a separate pet fee.
  • Port Properties, LLC or its agents may enter premises for necessary repairs or maintenance.
